The something for us being 2 x 250gr pieces of Angus beef filet, cooked aprox. 2.10min. on each side, served with a béarnaise and some "pommes de terre boulangère" (baked potatoes with sliced onions, thyme or provencal herbs, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Seated in the sun with this meal in front of you, life is bearable. And you can say f*ck covid!
