Tarte pruneaux-amandes à  l'Armagnac
This prune and almond tart, a french classic from the south-west of France combines 2 of the main ingredients locally produced in this area: dry prunes and Armagnac alccool. The recipe in the link below is taken from Rick Stein's Frenh Odyssey tv show, where we found it originally.
