At the time I write this message, Saila embarks on a 17 hours journey to Canada, where she's supposed to attend during the next week - the whole f*ck*ng week - an obscure and dare I say, useless convention. Being a good *cough cough* husband, I never let my wife go empty stomach. And since we were in Tallinn (capital of Estonia - for the non-finnish readers and those allergic to geography) last week for few days, she ask me to do an "hotel breakfast" for her. Complete with rösti potatoes, grilled mushrooms, knacki sausages, baked beans, fried egg & black coffee, this aamiainen (breakfast in finnish) only lacks bacon and black pudding to be called a full english breakfast (one of the best and most caloric thing ever).
Hotel beater?... The pic looks better though!
