Nice surprise to see vietnamese Phở Bò soup on sale in K-City Market Easton. An aromatic beef broth with rice noddles, slices of tender beef brisket, fresh red + spring onions, and coriander. We have added ourselves more spring onions, frehly chopped red chilis, mint leaves, fish sauce (nuoc nam), and a glass of cold beer. The result is truly yammi, almost on par with what one can find in vietnamese restaurants in town.
