Last time we were in Itis (see message "Spice up your life" 1.8.2026), we took the opportunity to have a lunch at the turkish grill house Itiksen Mangal. Located on the Hansasilta (Hansa bridge that connects Easton mall to Itis mall, to put it simply), the restaurant proposes a variety of char grill meats and veggies, as well as real Kebab/Döner (not the usual minced meat crap that is served in lots of wannabe kebab places), and turkish pizzas. The place is clean, the staff is welcoming, and most customers are arabics/ turkish, which is always a sign of authenticity. As for the food, the skewers and köftes we ordered were really tasty and filling (all the sides, and drinks like tea or yougurt, are at will on a buffet). So, if you're nearby and interested to sample something different, give it a try. And it's not even expensive giving what you get.
