We made a stop on our way back home to "Friends and BRGRS" (Aikatalo - only 5 restaurants in Hki). Actually, we don't go anymore to traditional burger joints like McDo or Hese - well maybe sometimes to Burger King - because "Friends & BRGRS" have simply the best burgers in town. High quality beef, buns baked on site, fries made from scratch from fresh potatoes, interesting ingredients mixes, and very different and distinctive sauces (miso, umami, chipotle, etc...). All their burgers are cooked on order, no rows of already made sandwiches waiting hypothetical customers. Unlike us this time, it's always better to eat on site, as burgers are always tastier when freshly cooked.
We did buy 3 different kinds to share: caramelized onions, classic cheese and bacon chipotle. Yummi...
